How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Simply fill out the contact form and include the name of the person you would like to gift the certificate to. If you already have a specific room in mind, you can mention it as well.
What types of gift certificates do you offer?
We offer both electronic and printed certificates.
The electronic version is sent on the same day.
Printed certificates are prepared and ready for pickup the next day before noon.
Which rooms can the certificate be used for?
The gift certificate is universal and can be used for any of our escape rooms at any available time. There are no restrictions.
What is the validity of the gift certificate?
The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any room and any available time.
Can I buy a gift certificate at the last minute?
Absolutely—last-minute gifts are kind of our specialty 😉
If you’re short on time, we can prepare and send an electronic gift certificate within 30 minutes. Prefer something you can wrap? We’ll do our best to prepare a printed certificate as quickly as possible—often the same day—complete with a nice envelope for that perfect surprise.
