Rules of the game in the escape room Trapped.
The allowed number of players in the team – from 2 to 4 players. Possible participation of 5 players for an additional fee of 10 euros. The maximum number of players in the team is 5 people.
In our rooms it is forbidden to use mobile phones, tablets, flashlights, penknives and any other devices brought with you, as well as other technical devices. Photo and video recording is prohibited in the room.
We have individual cells for storage of personal belongings. Participants must store their personal belongings and any valuables in individual storage cabinets installed at the reception. The company is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables that will not be placed in individual lockers.
In case of being late for the game for more than 15 minutes, the administrator has the right to refuse the game or to reduce the time of the game in proportion to the time of delay.
The game will be denied to persons who are in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication.
The rooms have communication systems between players and the administrator. During the game process you can ask for a hint / help in the game process. Without your request the administrator does not give any clues.
In the event of damage to property due to players’ fault, the players are obliged to compensate for the damage according to the original cost of the equipment.
In case of violation of the Game Rules and improper behavior, the Administrator has the right to terminate the game at any stage without any compensation for paid services.
In case of theft of property, records from CCTV cameras will be transferred to the law enforcement bodies of the Slovak Republic.
During the game in the premises, video surveillance is conducted, in order to control the game process and the behavior of the players.
Players under the age of 16 are allowed to play only when accompanied by parents or persons of legal age, who are responsible for the children.
During the game, you must adhere to basic security rules. Unauthorized interference with electrical equipment is prohibited.
